Prices:
Discover our apartment from 140 euros per night, with flexible prices depending on occupancy and desired dates.
Our prices include bed linen, towels, additional costs and final cleaning.
Children up to the age of 12 receive a reduced rate.

Terms of payment:
20% deposit due 7 days after booking.
80% balance due 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, thereafter 90% cancellation fee.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance when booking!

Minimum stay:
High season:
May 01 - September 30 + vacations: 5 nights
Low season: 
October 01 - April 30: 2 nights

Information on the guest tax:
Please note that the spa fee for the stay must be paid on site in cash/via PayPal
Amount of the spa fee/night (as of 01.01.2025):
o Persons over the age of 16: € 2.00
o Children and young people from the age of six: € 1.00
o Children up to the age of six: free of charge
o Severely disabled persons with a disability of 80%: free of charge
Accompanying persons are also exempt from the spa fee if the
“B” (accompanying person required) is entered in the disabled person's pass.
